• Files are held for a period of 10 days there after they are deleted.
• A file can only be down loaded 5 times.
• EmailThisFile makes no backups and takes no responsibility for any files that are lost due to fire theft or otherwise.
• The onus is of the down loader to be sure that anything you download is virus free.
• EmailThisFile takes no responsibility for the integrity of any files stored on it's servers nor to the content of such files.
• Nudity, viruses , hacking software, trojans etc are not permitted under any circumstances and will be deleted immediately.
• EmailThisFile makes no warranty or promises under any circumstances and in the same vain cannot no person can hold EmailThisFile responsible for loss, deletion, corruption etc of any files or images stored on its servers.
